Pool Fencing
NEED A STUNNING POOL FENCE!!!!
Safa glass can do this for you using the best products available and the latest products on the market.
With over 14 years experience in pool fencing, we only use the best so you will have the best. We use the unique mini stub post system, made from a 316 stainless steel, which allows you a perfect view of your pool or entertainment area. We can fit to concrete slabs or timber decks. We like to get involved early in the planning stages so we can liaise with architects and builders on any requirements needed to give you stunning result. Our gate systems have moved from the recessed hydraulic spring as too many were falling over time due to corrosion. We have sourced the latest hydraulic hinge which doesn’t corrode, and is a self closing hinge. This is made in Italy, and is made in high grade aluminum, and has been tested to 1,000,000 openings. Frameless Showers
If you want a frameless glass shower, Safa glass shower, Safa Glass can do this for you. Our trained technicians will come to site to discuss your requirements and advise you on the best solution for your shower. Once your order is placed, allow upon 10 working days for your shower to be installed. This may require more than one visit. Sometimes the door will need to be hung 3-4 days after the main frame has been installed. Once your shower is completed, it will be cleaned and ready for you to use.
Measuring and Templating
Our trained professional staff will measure your splash back and advise you of the best possible look, along with colour consultation, if you are having difficulty in choosing your colour. To do this successfully we need you kitchen or bathroom in a finished state as in tiling done, GPO’s (power point) fitted, bench tops on, and should the glass go up and behind the range hood , to have it fitted and holes marked on the wall, then removed for templating.
Installation
Our trained installers will guarantee you peace of mind and quality assurance. They will install your splash back or glass product with least amount of fuss, and to meet with our high quality of standards.
Lead times
Our lead times are 7-10 working days from final measure, or acceptance of quotation (if no final measure is required) and deposit paid.
Payment
Once you have received your splash back or glass products, you are able to do an EFT payment, master card or visa over the phone, cheque or cash. It’s that easy.
Cleaning of Showers
Because you have no frame on your glass, this allows for ease of cleaning and maintenance. We also recommended clean film solution which can be applied by yourself if you purchase a “Safa Shield” clean kit from us, or we can arrange for a professional to do it for you. Please ask about this product when placing your order. We don’t recommend that you use and harsh products to clean your glass, as this will tend to etch or scratch the glass. Products such as jiff, steel wool scourers are not recommended. Use sponges chamois or microfiber cloths, along with eco friendly solutions.

We offer the highest quality in both glass and service, we have all our glass toughened and back it up with a 10 year guarantee. Your glass won’t leave our factory until begin rigidly scrutinized by our paint section.
We are the GCP preferred glass applicators in QLD, and GCP is back by Resene paints. The paint has been specifically formulated for the glass, and has been rigidly tested by resene laboratories. We have over 20,000 paint formulas on line and our trained staff is able to colour match to your specific colour or swatch sample.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the difference between clear float to low iron?
- A clear float has a green (coke bottle) tinge to it. This is a glass with more iron content. It has the same quality in strength and durability, but will distort some colours. Whereas low iron glass has had more processing carried out to remove or lower the iron content, giving you a more transparent look with no distortion to your colour choice.
- Will my glass crack?
- No the glass will not crack, and will withstand heat and impacts. The glass is toughened at 700 degrees and it is scratch resistant but not scratch proof so care should still be taken around the glass.
- How will my power point fit to the glass?
- All GPO’s (power points) are cut into the glass, and your GPOS’s whether a flush mount or not, will easily fit into the wall bracket.
- Will water or food get in behind the splash back?
- No, once installed the splahsback is then sealed with a waterproof sealant, and we ask that you don’t push on the glass or try to clean it for at least 24 hours to allow the silicon seals to dry.
- How do I clean my splash back?
- Cleaning your splash back is an easy process nothing will back on, or stick permanently to your glass. You can use a normal glass cleaner, or a mixture of ethylated spirits with a micro fiber cloth will do the trick.
